The residential areas of the Saraya Aqaba Resort, reminiscent of traditional Arab city neighborhoods, further consolidate Aqaba’s standing as a regional real estate hub. The residential areas are distributed into nine separate zones, each with its own particular character, ranging from luxury villas and townhouses to lofts, beach club duplexes and apartment units.
Each residential area forms part of an integrated community with its particular character, narrow paved streets, shading structures and alleys, along with private common facilities inclusive of gardens, piazzas, fountains and pools. All residential areas are minutes away from the entertainment, restaurants and nightlife that Saraya Aqaba offers. The element of water completes the overall architectural design as it is abundantly used to create lush, relaxing spaces filled with plants, scents and colors for tenants to enjoy.
The residential areas of the Saraya Aqaba Resort also offer high levels of safety and privacy, as tenants can rely on discreet, round-the-clock security services. This high level of appointment is also reflected in the level of technical services offered, from centralized utilities and maintenance to efficient garbage collection and cleaning.
