Olaya
Reaching new heights

Project description

Faced with the challenge of building an architectural complex in the perspective of two national landmarks (the Kingdom and Faysaliya towers), Laceco intended to design an additional landmark that further expands the Riyadh skyline while blending in with the established edifices. Located at the intersection of King Abdallah and King Fahed roads, the Olaya center offers state-of-the-art amenities with its four mixed-use towers and six low-rise residential buildings overlooking a mega-mall and a lush oasis. The beetle-shaped complex includes office spaces, furnished apartments and a luxury hotel that add to the prestige of the upscale Olaya district in the Saudi capital.
