Al Khobar International Center is an imposing architectural edifice, standing tall in the evolving skyline of the city of Al Khobar in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. Built in light of the global sustainability drive, Al Khobar International Center represents a “green vertical compound” and a bustling living space for locals and visitors alike. The mixed-use development includes a wide array of residential and commercial facilities including:

• A commercial mall within a 5-floor podium offering retail, private and public entertainment spaces
• 2 hotels and furnished apartment towers with a 900-room capacity each
• 3 residential towers with 700 apartments
• Parking space for 4,200 cars.
