Mazraa Parking
Vibrance and convenience in a dense neighbourhood

Project description

The project consists of developing a multi-storey parking that has 5 underground floors and 7 aboveground. In terms of the planned program of functions and areas, the building encompasses 5 commercial stores (640 m²) and a playground for children on the roof. A holistic approach is used in the design process where the main objective of project (providing additional parking spots for the public and hence alleviating the traffic in Beirut) is met while promoting recreational activities through the provision of children playgrounds and enriching the area’s landscape by maximizing the use of greeneries (green façade and public green spaces).
