Project description

Casablanca, made famous by the Hollywood film of the same name, is in the process of developing a seaside landmark that redefines its waterfront: Marina Casablanca. This mixed-use development aims at transforming Casablanca’s shoreline into a thriving and accessible urban quarter for business and leisure alike. A thorough design assessment was conducted for the project master plan, which includes: an all-inclusive marina with yacht club; 2 luxurious hotels with a total 500-room capacity; 10,000 m² of commercial area, a 20,000 m² conference center and a 35,000 m² car park.
