Ajyad Hospital
A centre for health and commerce

Project description

The Ajyad Hospital and Commercial Center is a modern multifunctional complex at the heart of the holy city of Makkah, joining up state-of-the-art medical facilities with a two-story commercial center and a private access luxurious residential tower. A program analysis was first conducted for the project alongside analysis of all land constraints and development regulations. A detailed conceptual design was ultimately proposed, inclusive of 306 residential units ranging in size from 50 m² studios to 400 m² duplexes, while the hospital’s various departments, wards for 200 beds and technical floors spread over 21 floors.
