<p>Scope: Industrial storage and logistics facility on 40,000m² site: two 4,800m² warehouses for construction materials and equipment storage, 425m² office building (30 employees with support services), security guard houses, utility buildings, 4,600m² external storage, road network, and segregated car/truck parking.<br>Challenge: Deliver functional warehousing and logistics infrastructure to support NEOM's active mega-construction operations - coordinating phased construction while maintaining site operations, ensuring efficient truck circulation and material handling, and providing adequate employee facilities in remote location.<br>Status: Completed</p>

Our Response
Laceco responded to the above objectives by:
Designing a consistent urban framework that nevertheless provided a diversity in the individual architectural character of buildings.
Curating a seamless pedestrian experience in a site that had a challenging topography and was exposed to dominant winds.
Anchoring the site along three platforms linked to each other by a continuous game of terraces, stairs, suspended bridges and esplanades that gently slope down the length of the development.
Conducting value engineering and cost optimization studies to preserve economic viability of the development.
