Balance corporate headquarters security with active ground-plane pedestrian engagement.<br>Approach: Modular concrete outer case creates expressive double-skin envelope - providing solar control and thermal performance while establishing distinctive brand presence. Outer skin creates transitional promenade at ground level, enabling pedestrian interaction with building while maintaining security separation from corporate interior.<br>Status: Completed</p>
