Project Brief
<p>Scope: Integrated judicial complex housing five specialized courts: Court of Appeal, Labor Court, Personal Status Court, Commercial Court, and Executive Court.<br>Challenge: Deliver a landmark that projects institutional authority and cultural tradition while meeting highly restrictive technical requirements in a P3 structure. Navigate consortium dynamics between investor, contractor, and facility management partners to balance cost efficiency, operational flexibility, and long-term performance standards - all while creating symbolic presence in Jeddah's skyline.<br>Approach: Successfully met all technical requirements through integrated design approach that aligned construction feasibility, lifecycle costs, and operational needs from project inception.<br>Status: Completed</p>

Our Response
Laceco responded to the above objectives by:
Designing a consistent urban framework that nevertheless provided a diversity in the individual architectural character of buildings.
Curating a seamless pedestrian experience in a site that had a challenging topography and was exposed to dominant winds.
Anchoring the site along three platforms linked to each other by a continuous game of terraces, stairs, suspended bridges and esplanades that gently slope down the length of the development.
Conducting value engineering and cost optimization studies to preserve economic viability of the development.
