<p>Scope: 47 residential buildings, 675 apartments (various sizes), ground-floor retail, underground parking, landscaped green and leisure areas throughout development.<br>Challenge: Deliver middle-class housing at scale (675 units across 47 buildings) while maintaining quality living environment and green space. Consolidate parking below-grade to maximize surface-level amenity and landscaping - critical for large-scale residential development quality. Balance development density with liveability.<br>Approach: Underground parking strategy liberates ground plane for continuous green and leisure spaces throughout project rather than surface parking lots. Ground-floor retail integrates convenience amenities. Varied apartment sizes accommodate diverse household types within middle-class market segment.<br>Status: Completed</p>

Our Response
Laceco responded to the above objectives by:
Designing a consistent urban framework that nevertheless provided a diversity in the individual architectural character of buildings.
Curating a seamless pedestrian experience in a site that had a challenging topography and was exposed to dominant winds.
Anchoring the site along three platforms linked to each other by a continuous game of terraces, stairs, suspended bridges and esplanades that gently slope down the length of the development.
Conducting value engineering and cost optimization studies to preserve economic viability of the development.
