Coordinate three separate buildings into cohesive functional facility. Balance preservation of existing building fabric with modifications required for new educational and cultural programming. Design external areas that support both administrative operations and theater activities.<br>Approach: Renovation strategy converts existing building into integrated educational and cultural facility. Three-building configuration enables functional separation (administration, theater, support) while maintaining operational connectivity through thoughtfully designed external areas.<br>Status: Completed</p>
