Mina Land Re-Parcellation Scheme & Infrastructure Design
Tripoli Lebanon
Master Plan
Info

The Mina area in Tripoli is a zone heavily deficient in infrastructure and road networks,
and affected by uneven land distribution.

Conceptual design studies were prepared to help remedy this situation and issue an official
decree for the re-parcellation of the area. The decree would have redefined the multiple
land plots within the zone based on the analysis of legal, ethical and functional criteria,
in addition to providing an efficient road and infrastructure network evenly serving the
area. Public facilities such as parks and a public market were also proposed as part of the
design studies.
