The design and preparation of Tender Documents related to the Abdali district infrastructure works were launched in conjunction with the development of the Amman Business Central District master plan. The process addressed general landscaping issues and involved the study of the following networks:
- Main roads and tunnels (seven kilometers in total length)
- Main networks and collector pipes for storm water drainage
- Main networks and collector pipes for waste water drainage
- Grey water recycling plant
- Electrical power distribution network
- Telephone network
Works were completed in the early phases of the Amman Business Central District development to help promote key parcels of land made available for sale by the developer. Required improvements to road networks surrounding the development were also recommended, particularly pertaining to the Shmeissani roundabout.
